Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order is confirmed as delivered, based on the tracking information provided by the courier.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
The product must be unopened and in its original, like-new condition.
Original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
The item must not have been installed, modified, or used in any way.
Products that have been opened are not eligible for return. Our kits contain hundreds of small individual components, and once a package has been opened we have no practical way to verify that all parts are present and accounted for before restocking. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns on any opened product, regardless of whether installation was attempted. We appreciate your understanding of this requirement.
How to Request a Return
Before sending anything back, you must contact us first to receive a Return
Authorization:
- Email us at sales@connectorkits.com within the 14-day return window.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond with instructions and a Return Authorization number.
- Packages sent back without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that the following are non-refundable:
- Original outbound shipping charges
- Import duties, tariffs, customs fees, or taxes paid at the border
- Any transaction fees or currency conversion charges
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work with you to make it right.
