Welcome to ConnectorKits.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and store, including all products and services we offer. By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from ConnectorKits.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
ConnectorKits.com is operated from British Columbia, Canada, and is powered by Shopify. We serve customers in Canada, the United States, Europe, and beyond.
Section 1 — Access & Account
By using our website and services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your province, state, or country of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian to do so.
Account Information
To place an order, you may be asked to provide personal information including your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, and payment details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the right to provide it.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with others.
Use of Your Information
Information you provide is used solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your orders, communicating with you about your purchases, and improving our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
As our store is powered by Shopify, certain information you submit will also be processed by Shopify in order to operate the store. Please refer to Section 8 (Privacy) and Section 9 (Relationship with Shopify) for more detail.
Section 2 — Our Products
ConnectorKits.com sells automotive connectors, wiring harnesses, hydraulic adapter fittings, electric power steering (EPS) controllers, and related components. We do our best to represent our products accurately through descriptions, images, and specifications.
However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, and calibration. We do not warrant that product appearance as shown on-screen will exactly match the physical product received.
Product descriptions, specifications, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit purchase quantities at our discretion.
Section 3 — Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Connector Kits Group reserves the right to accept, modify, or decline any order at our discretion and for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or concerns about the order.
Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation from us. Payment must be received and processed before an order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order has been accepted and is being processed, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests. If we need to cancel or modify your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.
Purchases are for personal or household use only. Resale or commercial purchase of our products without prior written agreement from ConnectorKits.com is not permitted.
Section 4 — Prices & Billing
Pricing
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed and confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, import duties, customs fees, or tariffs. These additional costs, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and will be displayed or calculated at checkout where possible. To learn more please see section 5: Shipping policy
Payment
By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:
The payment information you provide is accurate and complete
You are authorized to use the payment method provided
Charges you incur will be honoured by your payment provider
You will pay all charges including applicable taxes and shipping fees
ConnectorKits.com uses Shopify's secure checkout to process payments. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
Promotions & Discounts
From time to time we may offer promotions, discount codes, or special pricing. These are subject to their own terms and conditions and may be withdrawn at any time. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's terms and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern for that specific offer.
Errors in Pricing
In the event of a pricing error or typographical mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you. You will not be charged, or if already charged, will receive a full refund for that order.
Section 5 — Shipping Policy
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. ConnectorKits.com is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers or courier networks
- Customs clearance or border processing (for international orders)
- Weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us at sales@connectorkits.com and we will do our best to assist.
Domestic
Please be aware of the following for Canadian bound shipments:
- We collect taxes when required by the receiving province or territory's requirements and the federal governments requirements.
- By placing an international order, you confirm that you are responsible for complying with all rules and regulations in your province or territory regarding sales, reporting and taxation.
US bound orders
Please be aware of the following for US based shipments:
- Import duties, customs fees, tariffs, and taxes are calculated at the time of checkout and displayed for your informative purposes. These are subject to change without warning or notice. Additional charges can occur in rare cases.
- Connector kits Group complies with all regulations regarding US customs, tariff and other applicable laws and regulations.
- Any payments made for customs fees, tariffs or any other similar charges cannot be reversed under any circumstances. For more information please see our return policy in section 6.
- ConnectorKits.com has no control over customs processing times and cannot be held responsible for delays at the border.
- By placing an international order, you confirm that you are responsible for complying with all import regulations in your country.
International Orders (Non- US bound)
We ship to customers in Europe, Asia, Australia and other regions. Please be aware of the following for international shipments:
- Import duties, customs fees, tariffs, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping charges.
- ConnectorKits.com has no control over customs processing times and cannot be held responsible for delays at the border.
- Any payments made for customs fees, tariffs or any other similar charges cannot be reversed under any circumstances. For more information please see our return policy in section 6.

Risk of Loss
Once your order has been handed to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, risk of loss or damage during transit passes to you (the customer). We strongly recommend reviewing your carrier's insurance options for high-value orders.
Section 6 — Return Policy
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order is confirmed as delivered, based on the tracking information provided by the courier.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
The product must be unopened and in its original, like-new condition.
Original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
The item must not have been installed, modified, or used in any way.
Products that have been opened are not eligible for return. Our kits contain hundreds of small individual components, and once a package has been opened we have no practical way to verify that all parts are present and accounted for before restocking. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns on any opened product, regardless of whether installation was attempted. We appreciate your understanding of this requirement.
How to Request a Return
Before sending anything back, you must contact us first to receive a Return
Authorization:
- Email us at sales@connectorkits.com within the 14-day return window.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond with instructions and a Return Authorization number.
- Packages sent back without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that the following are non-refundable:
- Original outbound shipping charges
- Import duties, tariffs, customs fees, or taxes paid at the border
- Any transaction fees or currency conversion charges
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work with you to make it right.
Section 7 — Limited Liability & Disclaimer
Products Sold "As-Is" — No Warranty
All products are sold as-is. No warranty, express or implied, is provided, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our products are intended for use by individuals with appropriate mechanical and electrical knowledge. Installation is the sole responsibility of the customer.
User-Installed Parts — No Performance Guarantee
All products sold by ConnectorKits.com are user-installed. Because we have no control over how products are installed, configured, or used once they leave our facility, we cannot guarantee and do not warrant:
-The fitness of any product for your specific vehicle or application — meaning we cannot guarantee in advance that a given part will physically fit, electrically match, or perform correctly in your particular vehicle, build, or setup. Fitment and compatibility verification is entirely the customer's responsibility before purchasing.
- Successful installation or correct operation after installation
- Compatibility with third-party components, controllers, or systems
- Performance outcomes of any EPS controller or wiring assembly
It is the customer's responsibility to verify fitment, compatibility, and suitability before purchasing and installing any product. Our make/model listings are a guideline and due to the amount of variation in make, model, sub-model or trim level, date of manufacturer and options it is not possible to create a complete list of compatibility. If you are unsure whether a product is right for your application, please contact us before ordering.
Off-Road Use & Emissions Compliance
Many products sold by ConnectorKits.com are intended for off-road use only. By purchasing and installing these products, you acknowledge and agree that:
- It is your sole responsibility to verify that the product's use is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- ConnectorKits.com products are not designed to tamper with, bypass, or defeat emissions control equipment.
- You are responsible for complying with all federal, provincial, state, and local laws regarding the modification of vehicles, including emissions regulations.
- ConnectorKits.com is not liable for any fines, penalties, or legal consequences arising from the improper or unlawful use of our products.
If you are unsure whether a product is legal to use in your area, please consult your local regulations or a qualified professional before purchasing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ConnectorKits.com, its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities
- Personal injury or property damage arising from the installation or use of our products
- Damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or use outside the intended application
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability, so the above limitations may not fully apply to you.
Section 8 — Privacy Policy
ConnectorKits.com respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Personal information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and payment information, which is used solely to process and fulfill your orders and to communicate with you about those orders.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Information Shared with Third Parties
As our store is hosted by Shopify, information you submit through our site is transmitted to and processed by Shopify in order to operate and deliver our services. Shopify may store and process your data in locations outside of your country of residence. Their handling of your data is governed by Shopify's Privacy Policy, available at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
We may also share information with shipping carriers, payment processors, and other service providers strictly as necessary to fulfill your order.
Your Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (including PIPEDA in Canada, GDPR in Europe, or applicable US state laws) to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To make such a request, please contact us at sales@connectorkits.com.

Our website may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our site. These are used to improve the shopping experience and are not used to identify you personally. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect some site functionality.

ConnectorKits.com is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform and infrastructure that enables us to operate our online store. However, all sales and transactions are made directly with ConnectorKits.com, not with Shopify.

From time to time, ConnectorKits.com may provide access to optional tools or features offered by third-party providers as part of our store experience. These tools are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without any warranty or endorsement from ConnectorKits.com.
We have no control over third-party tools and accept no liability for any issues, losses, or damages arising from your use of them. Your use of any optional third-party tool is entirely at your own risk, and you should review the terms and privacy policies of those providers directly.

Section 13 — Termination & Right to Refuse
ConnectorKits.com reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access to our store at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion, without notice. Reasons may include but are not limited to:
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Resale or commercial purchasing without prior agreement
- Any conduct that we determine to be harmful to ConnectorKits.com, Shopify, or other customers
If your order is cancelled by us, you will not be charged, or if payment has already been processed, you will receive a full refund for that order.
Upon termination of access, any obligations that by their nature should survive (including limitations of liability, indemnification, intellectual property rights, and governing law) will continue to apply.

By purchasing from and using ConnectorKits.com, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ConnectorKits.com, Shopify, and their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your breach of these Terms of Service
- Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party
- Your purchase, installation, modification, or use of any product purchased from ConnectorKits.com
- Any misrepresentation made by you in connection with an order or account
We will notify you of any such claim where reasonably possible. We reserve the right to assume control of the defence of any matter subject to indemnification at your expense.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any time does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any specific breach does not constitute a waiver of any future breach of the same or any other provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ConnectorKits.com regarding your use of our site and services, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date (month and year only) at the top of this document. We may also notify you by email or by posting a notice on our site, depending on the nature of the change.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of ConnectorKits.com following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using our site and services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of ConnectorKits.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
If you are located outside of Canada, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily submitting to the jurisdiction of British Columbia courts for any dispute arising from a transaction with ConnectorKits.com.
